A short note whenever we ship something worth knowing.
Adaptive Product OS — v2.0
Your product environment now evolves with you. Specky tracks your actual usage milestones — interviews completed, documents saved, integrations connected — and uses that to personalise every surface over time.
What's new:
- Product onboarding modal — 3 questions (role, stage, pain point) generate a personalised sidebar on first login
- Adaptive milestone engine — Gemini reviews your usage weekly and updates your sidebar, home view, and highlights automatically
- Home: Primary action card — a contextual "most important next step" that changes as you progress
- Home: "Try next" highlights — up to 2 AI-suggested views to explore based on what you've been doing
- AI chat product tool — say "I want to focus on strategy" and get an interactive apply-card inline in chat
- Settings → Sidebar Views — toggle any of 27 views on/off in a grouped grid
- Manage views button in the sidebar footer
- Getting started checklist hides automatically once you're established
Paywall escape hatches & 10x PM Manifesto
Two things that should have always existed:
Paywall escape hatches:
- Sign-out button now always visible behind the subscription gate — you can never get stuck
- Paste a team invite link or code directly from the paywall to join an existing product
- 2-step invite flow: preview the product name before accepting
Manifesto:
- The 10x PM Manifesto is live — our thesis on why the next wave of great product managers will leverage AI as a force multiplier, not a feature
Product Graph 2.0 — Semantic Search & Clustering
Your entire signal history is now searchable by meaning, not just keywords. We've added pgvector semantic search across all graph nodes, plus automatic clustering that groups related signals into themes without manual tagging.
- Semantic search across signals, documents, and insights
- Auto-clustering groups related feedback within 24h of ingestion
- Graph housekeeping prunes orphaned nodes and consolidates duplicate taxonomy entries weekly
Alex Research Agent — Async Interview Mode
Alex can now run fully asynchronous JTBD interviews via email, letting participants respond on their own schedule over 24–48 hours. Completion rates are 3× higher than synchronous sessions.
- Email interview mode with follow-up threading
- Automatic theme extraction on completion (insight nodes written back to Product Graph)
- Campaign analytics — open rate, completion rate, average session length
Pricing Update — EUR/GBP/AUD Support
Specky now detects your location and shows prices in your local currency. We support USD, EUR, GBP, and AUD with local pricing — no more confusing USD conversion at checkout.
Annual billing is also now live: save 20% by paying yearly (€35/user/month billed annually).
Roadmap View — RICE Scoring from Graph Data
The Roadmap view now auto-populates RICE scores using real signal data from your Product Graph. Reach is estimated from the number of unique users who mentioned an opportunity. Impact is inferred from signal sentiment and frequency.
- Auto-scored opportunities with data sources shown inline
- Evidence drawer — click any score to see the signals behind it
- Export to CSV for stakeholder sharing
PM Inbox — Triage Mode & Auto-Ticket Draft
The Inbox now supports keyboard-driven triage. Hit A to approve, D to defer, R to reject. Approved items with enough context automatically draft a ticket stub you can push to Jira or Linear with one click.
Fixed: Gong Transcript Sync Dropping Empty Speakers
Gong call transcripts where a participant spoke zero words were causing the sync to fail silently. All transcripts now import correctly, and monologue calls (e.g. voicemails) are handled gracefully.
