Specky in your terminal
Automate everything Specky does — from PRD generation to weekly synthesis — from your shell, your CI pipeline, or any script. Built for technical PMs and the engineers they work with.
Early access, then a stable 1.0 with brew, npm, and curl install paths.
A first-class CLI, not a wrapper
Designed alongside our REST API. If something works in the web app, it'll be a single command in the CLI — and a single curl call against the API.
Script the Product Graph
specky search, specky push, specky synthesize — every platform operation as a composable command. Pipe it through jq, awk, or your favourite shell tools.
Run workflows from CI
Trigger custom workflows from GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or any pipeline. Generate weekly synthesis reports, run intel playbooks on a cron, or wire feedback into your release notes.
Sync your local repo
specky link a folder of markdown specs and they stay synchronized with the Specky platform — bidirectional, with conflict resolution and version history.
Secure by default
Authenticate once with specky login, scoped API tokens for CI environments, encrypted credential storage, and audit logging on every action.
The REST API and webhooks are already live.
If you can't wait for the CLI, the underlying API is shipping today. Generate an API key from Settings → Developer, point your scripts at it, and you have most of what the CLI will do — minus the ergonomic surface. We'd love your feedback while we build the binary.
Be first to brew install specky
Early-access members get founder support, a permanent discount on the developer tier, and a vote on which commands ship in 1.0.
