Connect Discord to Specky
Import feedback from your community or support channel.
Specky pulls from Discord on a schedule

Before you connect it
What does Specky do with my Discord data?
It becomes part of your product graph: searchable, clustered with related feedback from your other tools, and quotable in PRDs and decisions. It is never used to train AI models, and it stays in your workspace.
Will Specky import my existing Discord history?
Yes. The first sync brings in recent history so you have something to work with straight away, and Specky keeps up with new activity after that.
What do I need to connect Discord?
Bot Token, Channel ID — all of it from your own Discord account. The full walkthrough is in the setup guide.
How long does it take to set up?
A few minutes. You create a credential in Discord, paste it into Specky, and you're connected. Step-by-step instructions are in the setup guide.
Can I disconnect Discord later?
Yes, from Settings → Integrations, at any time. Disconnecting removes the connection and the data it brought in.
Do I need to be on a paid plan?
Every plan can connect integrations; the number you can run at once depends on your plan, and a few providers are limited to Scale. Settings → Usage shows where you stand.
Bring Discord into your product graph
Connect it in a few minutes, then let Specky do the reading.
