Connect Salesforce to Specky
Connect CRM deals, accounts, and support cases.
Specky pulls from Salesforce on a schedule
Once connected, Specky keeps itself up to date with Salesforce in the background — refreshing when you open your workspace, or on demand whenever you want it now rather than later.
Connecting Salesforce
The short version. The setup guide has the full walkthrough, with every field and screen named.
- 1
In Salesforce: Setup → App Manager → New Connected App
- 2
Enable OAuth Settings, add api refresh_token scopes
- 3
Use Salesforce CLI or Workbench to generate an access token
- 4
Paste the token above
What you'll need
Instance URLRequired
Your Salesforce instance URL (e.g. https://yourorg.salesforce.com).
Access TokenRequired
A Connected App OAuth access token with read access to Opportunities and Cases.
Turn Salesforce into product evidence
Everything from Salesforce becomes searchable evidence, not another inbox
Recurring themes surface on their own instead of waiting to be noticed
PRDs and decisions cite the actual customer, with a link back to the source
Ask the AI chat what customers say about a feature and get an answer grounded in Salesforce
Before you connect it
What does Specky do with my Salesforce data?
It becomes part of your product graph: searchable, clustered with related feedback from your other tools, and quotable in PRDs and decisions. It is never used to train AI models, and it stays in your workspace.
Will Specky import my existing Salesforce history?
Yes. The first sync brings in recent history so you have something to work with straight away, and Specky keeps up with new activity after that.
What do I need to connect Salesforce?
Instance URL, Access Token — all of it from your own Salesforce account. The full walkthrough is in the setup guide.
How long does it take to set up?
A few minutes. You create a credential in Salesforce, paste it into Specky, and you're connected. Step-by-step instructions are in the setup guide.
Can I disconnect Salesforce later?
Yes, from Settings → Integrations, at any time. Disconnecting removes the connection and the data it brought in.
Do I need to be on a paid plan?
Every plan can connect integrations; the number you can run at once depends on your plan, and a few providers are limited to Scale. Settings → Usage shows where you stand.
Bring Salesforce into your product graph
Connect it in a few minutes, then let Specky do the reading.
