Connect SMS to Specky
Send stakeholder updates by text message via Twilio.
SMS is a delivery channel
SMS carries updates out of Specky rather than bringing data in. Use it to get a stakeholder update in front of someone who won't read another email.

Before you connect it
What does Specky do with my SMS data?
Nothing is read from SMS — it's outbound only. Specky uses it to deliver updates you choose to send.
What do I need to connect SMS?
Auth Token, Account SID, From Number — all of it from your own SMS account. The full walkthrough is in the setup guide.
How long does it take to set up?
A few minutes. You create a credential in SMS, paste it into Specky, and you're connected. Step-by-step instructions are in the setup guide.
Can I disconnect SMS later?
Yes, from Settings → Integrations, at any time. Disconnecting removes the connection and the data it brought in.
Do I need to be on a paid plan?
Every plan can connect integrations; the number you can run at once depends on your plan, and a few providers are limited to Scale. Settings → Usage shows where you stand.
Bring SMS into your product graph
Connect it in a few minutes, then let Specky do the reading.
