WhatsApp pushes to Specky in real time
WhatsApp has no history API, so nothing is polled — WhatsApp calls Specky the moment something happens, and it lands in your product graph immediately. The trade-off is that there is no backfill: anything that happened before you connected it cannot be pulled in afterwards, so it's worth connecting before the conversations you care about.
Connecting WhatsApp

In your Meta App Dashboard, go to WhatsApp → API Setup

Generate a permanent access token (System User token recommended over the 24h temporary one)

Copy the Phone Number ID shown on the same page

In WhatsApp → Configuration, set the webhook URL to https://specky.space/api/integrations/whatsapp/webhook and the verify token to the value your admin configured for Specky, then subscribe to the messages field

Copy the App Secret from Settings → Basic — required so the webhook can verify inbound calls really came from Meta

What do I need to connect WhatsApp?

How long does it take to set up?

Can I disconnect WhatsApp later?
Yes, from Settings → Integrations, at any time. Disconnecting removes the connection and the data it brought in.
Do I need to be on a paid plan?
Every plan can connect integrations; the number you can run at once depends on your plan, and a few providers are limited to Scale. Settings → Usage shows where you stand.
