Connect Trello to Specky
Import board cards and delivery context into the evidence loop.
Specky pulls from Trello on a schedule
Once connected, Specky keeps itself up to date with Trello in the background — refreshing when you open your workspace, or on demand whenever you want it now rather than later.
Connecting Trello
The short version. The setup guide has the full walkthrough, with every field and screen named.
- 1
Open Trello Power-Ups and open the API Key tab for your Power-Up.
- 2
Copy the API key, then click the token link beside it to create a user token.
- 3
Copy the board ID from the board URL or board settings.
- 4
In Specky, open Settings → Integrations → Trello and paste the three values.

Ask the AI chat what customers say about a feature and get an answer grounded in Trello
Before you connect it
What does Specky do with my Trello data?
It becomes part of your product graph: searchable, clustered with related feedback from your other tools, and quotable in PRDs and decisions. It is never used to train AI models, and it stays in your workspace.
Will Specky import my existing Trello history?
Yes. The first sync brings in recent history so you have something to work with straight away, and Specky keeps up with new activity after that.
What do I need to connect Trello?
API Key, User Token, Board ID — all of it from your own Trello account. The full walkthrough is in the setup guide.
How long does it take to set up?
A few minutes. You create a credential in Trello, paste it into Specky, and you're connected. Step-by-step instructions are in the setup guide.
Can I disconnect Trello later?
Yes, from Settings → Integrations, at any time. Disconnecting removes the connection and the data it brought in.
Do I need to be on a paid plan?
Every plan can connect integrations; the number you can run at once depends on your plan, and a few providers are limited to Scale. Settings → Usage shows where you stand.
Bring Trello into your product graph
Connect it in a few minutes, then let Specky do the reading.
