Make the workspace feel like yours

Home Dashboard is most useful when it helps you make one real decision.

Set up only what you need today. You can add more context when the next question calls for it.

Try saying

“Help me choose the smallest useful next step for this product.”

Choose a job

Start from the outcome you want.

Give context

Share only what helps with this job.

Keep moving

Leave with a concrete next action.

What this is for

Know what deserves your attention next without opening five dashboards or reconstructing context from memory.

When this helps

  • A blank workspace makes it unclear where to begin.
  • Important signals and unfinished work are easy to lose between sessions.
  • Teams confuse setup work with the first useful product outcome.

How it works

Home combines your recent work, suggested actions, onboarding progress, and the product context Specky has gathered. It is a launchpad, not another place where you have to maintain a second project plan.

Before you start

  • A workspace and product description.
  • Optional connected sources or pasted customer feedback.
  • The product problem you want to work on next.

What you should see

  • A short list of useful next actions.
  • Links into the right workspace view for each action.
  • A visible path from first signal to first reviewable artifact.

Try it now

  1. Open Home after signing in.
  2. Read the primary suggested action and choose the smallest useful next step.
  3. Use Ask Specky when you can describe the outcome but do not know which tool to open.
  4. Return to Home after a session to continue from the next suggested action.

A real example

You have ten customer complaints about invitations but no spec. Home points you to the PRD flow, so you paste one representative complaint, review the draft, and only then connect Slack for broader evidence.

Your next move

Follow Generating Your First PRD, then use the [Getting Started] checklist inside the workspace.
