Chatarmin Integration
What it does
Chatarmin runs WhatsApp for e-commerce brands. This integration brings the messages your customers send you into Specky as feedback signals, alongside every other channel.
Step 1 — Connect
Step 2 — Send messages to Specky
Like fonio, Chatarmin has no message-history endpoint, so there is nothing to poll — messages arrive only by webhook, and only from the moment you set it up.
x-specky-webhook-secret header, or append &secret=YOUR_SECRET to the URL if custom headers aren't availableSend yourself a WhatsApp message to verify, then check the card for *Last delivery received*.
What Specky stores — and what it deliberately doesn't
Only inbound messages. Your own campaign and broadcast copy is dropped. Feeding your marketing back into your own research would have Specky finding "insights" in text you wrote.
No contacts. Chatarmin's contact list is an audience, not customer opinion. Importing thousands of contact records would inflate your signal count and dilute every theme Specky clusters — so the contacts endpoint is used exactly once, to check your API key works.
No replies. Specky is not an inbox. It reads what customers said and turns it into product evidence; conversations stay in Chatarmin.
Already connected WhatsApp directly?
Specky also talks to the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API directly. If you run WhatsApp through Chatarmin, connect Chatarmin only — connecting both would ingest the same conversations twice and double-count every theme.
