Pendo Integration

What it does

Import feedback, NPS, and friction signals from Pendo.

How your data reaches Specky

Specky pulls from Pendo on a schedule. A sync runs when you open your workspace if the data has gone stale, and you can trigger one by hand from the integration card at any time.

What you'll need

  • Integration Key (Required) — Pendo integration key (Settings → Integrations → Integration Keys).
  • Pendo Host (Optional) — US (default), EU (app.eu.pendo.io), US1, JP, or AU.
  • Setup

Go to Settings → Integrations, find Pendo, and click Connect.

How to create an Integration Key

  • Log in to Pendo as an admin
  • Go to Settings → Integrations → Integration Keys
  • Click "Add Integration Key", name it specky-integration
  • Read-only is fine (leave "Allow Write Access" unchecked)
  • Copy the generated key (it is shown only once)
  • Region hosts

  • US: https://app.pendo.io (default)
  • EU: https://app.eu.pendo.io
  • US1: https://us1.app.pendo.io
  • JP: https://app.jpn.pendo.io
  • AU: https://app.au.pendo.io

    What is not available

Pendo's session replay clips are only viewable in the Pendo UI — there is no public API to pull raw replays. Specky derives friction intelligence from Pendo's aggregated analytics + feedback instead, and AI analyzes them the same way it does PostHog sessions and Sentry errors.

    After connecting

Everything Specky pulls in from Pendo shows up in Discovery alongside your other sources, and feeds synthesis, clustering, and the AI chat's answers about your product. You don't have to do anything with it directly — it's there so the rest of Specky has something to reason over.

Disconnecting Pendo removes both the connection and the signals it brought in.

    Troubleshooting

  • Connected, but nothing appears. Open the Pendo card and run a sync by hand. If it errors, the card shows the reason.
  • "Upgrade to connect". Your plan caps how many integrations you can connect at once, and a few providers are Scale-only. Settings → Usage shows where you stand.
  • Credentials stopped working. Tokens expire and get revoked. Reconnect with a fresh one — your existing signals are kept.
  • See the Pendo integration page for what it's for and the questions people usually ask first, or the Integrations Overview for how integrations work in general.
